SRMA Tackles Compliance Issues at May Roundtable Event
Sort out the acronyms and be prepared before an inspection.
Fort Myers, FL, May 04, 2016 --(PR.com)-- The Southwest Regional Manufacturers Association (SRMA) invites its manufacturing members and business people interested in membership to attend its Manufacturer’s Roundtable meeting focused on compliance issues from 8 – 9 a.m. on Tuesday, May 3 at Storm Smart Industries, 6182 Idlewild Street in Fort Myers.
Guest speaker Kristen Chardo, owner of EHS Specialists, LLC, will help attendees sort out the alphabet soup, from OSHA to EPA. What impact does the FDA have in your industry? Is it time for your company to consider ISO certification?
Chardo brings 20 years of environmental and safety consulting experience, including service as a former regulator and leadership in automotive and aerospace manufacturing, retail warehousing and power generation. Her company also implements improvements for her clients to reduce injuries and workers' compensation premiums.
SRMA manufacturer members will also offer their experiences and insight at this informal learning experience to open an ongoing dialog. The meeting is free to attend, but registration in advance is required. RSVP to Peter Bagwell at peter.bagwell@gmail.com or (239) 362-0385.
