Lehnert Elected Treasurer of Southwest Florida Real Estate Council

Fort Myers, FL, May 04, 2016 --(PR.com)-- The law firm of Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A., is pleased to announce that Attorney Michael Lehnert has been appointed Treasurer of the Southwest Florida Real Estate Council. The Council is comprised of local real estate attorneys who aim to foster collaboration among Southwest Florida real estate professionals and inform the general public of the value real estate attorneys bring to transactions.

Lehnert provides legal counseling to clients with regard to real estate matters, including homeowners’ and condominium association governing documents, commercial and residential sales and leases, development, and survey matters. He is also a member of the Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Sun Coast Board of Directors.

Lehnert graduated from Bishop Verot High School (2008) and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida (B.S., 2012).
