Birmingham, AL, May 04, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Today, Hospice Partners of American announced that they have reached a definitive agreement to purchase Embracing Hospice of Texas and Hospice of Virginia. Embracing Hospice of Texas operates locations in Conroe and Livingston. Hospice of Virginia operates locations in Richmond, Tappahannock, Farmville, and Newport News. Founded in 2010, Hospice Partners cares for patients and their families in Texas, Kansas, Oregon, Idaho, Missouri and now Virginia.
