New President for T.E. Johnson and Sons

Winston Salem, NC, May 03, 2016 --(PR.com)-- T.E. Johnson and Sons, an investment real estate company, announces the election of Phillip W. Johnson, Jr. as the new president of the firm. This continues a hundred year family corporate legacy of a real estate firm assisting customers and owners.

Phillip, currently serves as the Vice President of the Property Management Division of the Winston-Salem Regional Association of Realtors®. He also sits on the Institute of Real Estate Management, Piedmont Chapter, Executive Council. He is an active supporter of The Boy Scouts and severs as on the board of Troop 958. He attended Marshall University and High Point University.

The company was founded in 1928, however its ties in our community started in the early 1700s. A strong sense of tradition and community are instilled in the culture of their firm. Phillip continues a real estate legacy started by his great grandfather.

T.E. Johnson and Sons is a full service property management company with a diverse portfolio representing owners of homes, estates, apartments and condominium and complexes in the Winston-Salem and surrounding area. The company provides knowledgeable real estate expertise and understanding of the community that allows owners the freedom from day to day responsibilities. Currently the company is located at 920 West Fifth Street. T.E. Johnson and Sons also manages the Village Lofts, a downtown complex in the Arts District.
