Online Learning That Enhances Nurse Anesthesia Practice
American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) and Web Courseworks Join Forces with New Learning Management System (LMS).
Madison, WI, May 07, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Web Courseworks, Ltd., the provider of the premiere learning management system (LMS) for healthcare associations, has implemented CourseStage HEALTH LMS for the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA). AANA will use CourseStage HEALTH LMS to support the Continued Professional Certification (CPC) Program, which will be launched by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) on Aug. 1, 2016. Class A credits (assessed CE credits) will be reported automatically within the hour of completing a course. Documentation to support the awarding of Class B (professional development) credits can be uploaded to the LMS and all Class B credits will appear on AANA members’ transcripts almost immediately.

CourseStage LMS is a fully SCORM-compliant LMS seamlessly integrated with AANA’s Aptify association management system (AMS), and includes a robust ecommerce catalog and shopping cart, as well as complex credit management, built-in assessment and evaluation tools, multiple course layouts, and an AANA-branded user interface.
