St. Louis firm to make renovations, relocate in August.
St. Louis, MO, May 07, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Hilliker Corporation, a St. Louis owned and managed commercial real estate company, recently helped a construction firm find a new home.
Global Environmental, Inc. (GEI), a construction company, recently purchased its new headquarters at 6128 Madison. The 3,800-square-foot building will be used for office and warehouse space. The property was built in 1961 by St. Louis Pipe Organ, and current owner Alan Nagel said he bought the family business from his father Max Nagel in 1991. Nagel plans to liquidate his corporation, which builds new organs and restores older instruments, and retire by the end of this year.
GEI is a multi-disciplinary environmental remediation, environmental consulting and construction firm currently located at 7225 St. Charles Rock Rd. The company, which will sell its current building, will move into its new headquarters in Aug. after renovations are completed.
