Gruner + Jahr Evolves with eZ Publish
In an interview with Global Partner Manager Bertrand Maugain from eZ Systems, Gruner + Jahr AG & Co KG, Europe's largest magazine publisher, described the challenges of moving from traditional print publishing to electronic media distribution and the reasons they chose eZ Publish as their new publishing platform.
Skien, Norway, January 10, 2008 --(PR.com)-- With over 300 magazines and newspapers in 24 countries, Gruner + Jahr faced a significant challenge in fulfilling their strategy of strengthening the core competencies of their publishing groups in electronic media. Also, with their plan to implement eZ Publish in all of the countries where Gruner + Jahr operates, and their intention to integrate their CMS with existing systems, they needed a flexible, extensible multi-language solution.
