Croylek Support Mount Kilimanjaro Climb for Children’s Charity
Local Surrey student to scale the highest free-standing mountain in the world.
London, United Kingdom, May 08, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Croylek Limited, a leading electrical, mechanical and thermal insulation supplier are proud to sponsor Charlotte Sanders, a Physiotherapy Masters student from Cheam. She will attempt to scale Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest free standing mountain in the world, on Tuesday 16 August 2016 in aid of Childreach International, a London based children’s charity.
The 16-day hike organised by Childreach International and travel provider Rare Adventures, is a once in a lifetime experience highlighting the need for all children to have the best possible quality of life including enough food, clean water and shelter.
As well as her daunting climbing expedition, Charlotte will be spending time educating children in Tanzania, helping to build a local school and working with local families planting & harvesting crops. Charlotte, 21, will climb the highest mountain in Africa by travelling through mountain forests and alpine dessert before reaching the frosty Uhuru Peak at 5,895m.
If you would like to sponsor Charlotte in her endeavour, you can do so via her MyDonate webpage at https://mydonate.bt.com/fundraisers/charlottesanders1
Charlotte Sanders said, “I am about to embark on the biggest challenge and adventure of my life and climb Mount Kilimanjaro for the Childreach International charity. Not only is this a fantastic cause that helps children in the UK and abroad, but it is also a chance for me to take on a once in a lifetime challenge and push myself to the limit and beyond.”
Gary Bowyer, Group General Manager, Croylek Limited said, “We are delighted to support Charlotte in her endeavour and look forward to following her progress and hearing about her incredible adventure when she returns from Africa. Supporting a challenge of this nature is a great example of our company values of partnerships, innovation, individuals and trust and we wish Charlotte every success.”
