Michael Edward Walsh Stepping Down as YDSI Chair Prior to Hawaii Relocation
Beaufort, SC, May 08, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Last month, Michael Edward Walsh announced that he will be stepping down as the Chair of the Young Democrats of the Sea Islands. This follows the successful chartering of the Young Democrats of the Sea Islands earlier this month.
“In 2015, I made a commitment to the leadership of the Young Democrats of South Carolina that I would come aboard to relaunch the Sea Islands Region. Having achieved that goal, it is now time for me to step aside,” explained Walsh. “As many of you know, I will be moving back to Hawaii in a few weeks. So, it is the perfect time for us to make the transition.”
