Directed by Emmy-winner Mary Lou Belli (NCIS: New Orleans, Hart of Dixie), this new digital series set in 1963 centers on four neighbors who found a ladies-only book club in which friendships are formed and broken, secrets are revealed, social conventions are challenged, and juicy discussions are had — few of which have anything to do with the monthly book.

Created and written by Gilli Messer (ABC Discovers Showcase), the series features a cast of up and coming actresses, including Messer herself (Jessie, 2 Broke Girls), Tania Gunadi (Enlisted, Girl Meets World), Katie Enright (How I Met Your Mother), Ali Bayless (Halt and Catch Fire), and Malerie Grady (Alice in Murderland). On directing an ensemble of female performers, Belli commented: “It was an honor to work with such talented actresses and see their creation of funny, touching characters...and it was a hoot to see them transform themselves in those sexy dresses!”
