Raj Marwah has accumulated over 15 years of experience in information technology and financial services in his career. Prior to joining Paradigm, Mr. Marwah served for two years as Senior Vice President of Technology for Countrywide Home Loans. He has also served as Senior Manager of the Program Management Office of The Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago and Program Manager, Financial Services at Avande a software consulting company. He has also held positions at Kana Software, IBM and Convergys. Mr. Marwah is a proven leader in managing and consulting in information technology systems, strategy and financial management. Mr. Marwah holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Chicago, a Masters of Science in Information Systems from DePaul University and a Bachelors of Arts from North Central College in Naperville, Illinois.
