Crushed Red to Open Edwardsville, Illinois Location

Crushed Red Urban Bake & Chop shop will open its fourth location at 222 Park St. in Edwardsville, Ill. The 3,000-square-foot property will be located at a new office and retail development in the heart of downtown Edwardsville. The restaurant is scheduled to open for business by early fall of 2016.

The Crushed Red concept is simple, fast and fresh. Customers step into line to order soups, single serving pizzas, and salads that are expertly chopped before their very eyes.
