Acellus Announces Resignation of Officer

Spokane, WA, January 09, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Acellus Communications, Inc. (Pink Sheets: ALLU) (the 'Company') announced today the resignation of its Chief Executive Officer and Director Mr. Jeff Miller, for health reasons.

Mr. Miller has been gracious in offering his assistance to the existing directors and officers so that continuity is maintained in the Company, VP Operations Darrell McDowell will assume the duties of President /CEO and Chairman until such time as a replacement is found.

Acellus is a nationwide provider of dialup Internet services to both wholesale and retail customers.
