Francine Brooks: BNSME Hall of Fame Inductee
Founder and president of FB Displays & Designs, Inc., will be inducted into the Buffalo Niagara Sales and Marketing Executives Hall of Fame on May 23, 2016 at the Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino. This honor commemorates Francine’s professional accomplishments, her dedication to the BNSME and her contributions to the business climate in the Buffalo-Niagara region.

(FBD2) is happy to announce that Francine Brooks, founder and president of FBD2, will be inducted into the Buffalo Niagara Sales and Marketing Executives (BNSME) Hall of Fame on May 23, 2016 at the Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino. This honor commemorates Francine’s professional accomplishments, her dedication to the BNSME and her contributions to the business climate in the Buffalo-Niagara region.
Francine started FBD2 in 1994 out of her garage. Her venture into portable and modular displays has grown into something much larger. Francine acknowledges ambitious goals as key to her success. “In every aspect of life,” Francine says, “I have found that, if you want to achieve something, you have to visualize your dreams, develop a plan, and then go out and create opportunities to make it happen.” This method has truly paid off.
Francine’s professional accomplishments include: member of the Board of Directors of the Amherst Chamber of Commerce; completion of the professional development program with the Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership (CEL); service as Chair of the CEL Alumni Association, as board member of the University at Buffalo School of Management Alumni Association and Chair of the organizing committee for the Business-to-Business Trade Show.
In addition to being recognized in “Women Who Mean Business” and as “Small Business of the Year,” Francine has received numerous industry awards for sales and design performance.
Francine joined BNSME in 1992. She has held vice presidencies in both the Programming and the Membership committees and is currently serving her fifth term as a Board director. She is recognized as a leader and ambassador of the BNSME mission.
