Bobby Yerramilli-Rao Joins the Board of Directors of Instart Logic
Hermes Growth Partners co-founder brings deep experience in helping scale software businesses to their full potential.
Palo Alto, CA, May 25, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Instart Logic, the world’s first end-point aware application delivery solution, today announced that Bobby Yerramilli-Rao has joined the Board of Directors of Instart Logic. Yerramilli-Rao is a partner and co-founder at Hermes Growth Partners, a leading growth equity firm focused on helping companies scale. He has a strong network of relationships in the Service Provider space and deep presence in Europe that will enable Instart Logic to accelerate its growth.
Yerramilli-Rao’s relationship to Instart Logic dates back to early 2015, where Hermes Growth Partners participated in a $43 Million Expansion Round. Subsequently, Instart Logic raised its Series D investment in January of 2016, whereby Hermes Growth Partners also participated. To date, Instart Logic has raised approximately $140 Million in funding over five rounds.

Yerramilli-Rao was formerly the Corporate Strategy Director and Internet Services Marketing Director of Vodafone Group, responsible for overall strategy and technology related acquisitions and served on the company’s investment committee. Prior to Vodafone Group, Yerramilli-Rao was a partner at McKinsey and Company in New Jersey and Palo Alto and a research engineer at Marconi. He has also served on the Boards of other well known technology companies such as Fuze (formerly ThinkingPhones) and RingCentral.
