Naples, FL, May 25, 2016 --(PR.com)-- The law firm of Goede, Adamczyk, DeBoest & Cross (GADC) is pleased to announce that it opened an office in Boca Raton March 1 at the Sanctuary Centre, 4800 N. Federal Highway, Suite 307D, in Boca Raton. Steven R. Braten is managing partner of the Boca Raton office, where he is joined by his new partners, Ronald E. D’Anna and Gordon A. Dieterle, formerly of McClosky, D’Anna & Dieterle, LLP. The Boca Raton operation is overseen by Brian Cross, who is the managing partner of the Firm.

This includes helping clients with developer turnover issues, day-to-day corporate governance, document amendments, annual elections, covenant enforcement, and collections. Mr. Braten is admitted to practice in Florida’s Federal district courts and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
For more than 30 years, Mr. D’Anna has developed an eclectic practice in which he represents clients in both Federal and state courts. His broad-based experience includes serving as general counsel in community associations and business organizations. His representation covers general civil litigation, business and commercial litigation, foreclosure litigation, contract disputes and family law.
For more than 25 years, Mr. Dieterle has focused on civil litigation with special emphasis on commercial, business, real estate, and bankruptcy. He represents the firm’s clients in pre-suit or pending litigation in state circuit court or Federal district court in jury and non-jury trials. He is a certified court mediator who also conducts state circuit court mediations.
