Xitron Adds Digikett, New Solution, to Drupa Partner List
Number of partner stands using Navigator Workflow now tops 15
Ann Arbor, MI, May 27, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Xitron, the leading independent developer of RIP and workflow products for commercial, digital, and high-speed inkjet printing has announced that more partners will be hosting Xitron Navigator RIP and workflow products on their stands during Drupa, the world’s largest trade show for print and cross-media solutions.
“We are very excited and extremely proud to have forged these relationships over the past few years,” said Karen Crews, President of Xitron. “Companies like Presstek, Glunz & Jensen, CST, Luscher, and Krause are long-time Xitron partners who’ve had Navigator RIP products on their stands at past Drupa shows. Others, such as Digikett, New Solution, Colordyne, Neopost, Trojanlabel, and Ohio Gravure, will be first-time Drupa partners for us.”
Specializing in prepress RIP and workflow products that began by driving film imagesetters and CTP systems, Xitron products help printers transition to digital and high-speed inkjet output using tools and interfaces that are familiar, easy to use, and economically priced. Xitron’s installed base of Navigator RIPs and workflows total over 30,000 worldwide.
“Xitron has done an excellent job of immersing Harlequin RIP technology in each of these market segments,” said Gary Fry, CEO of Global Graphics, developer of the core Harlequin RIP technology on which Navigator is built. “They’ve really established themselves as a 'go-to' vendor for print services providers transitioning to digital production using the Harlequin RIP.”
Many of the systems at Drupa will be identifiable through “Driven by Xitron” signs on the equipment in various vendors’ stands. The full Navigator workflow can also be seen in hall 15, stand C54-4 where Xitron is exhibiting throughout the show.
