Author Morgan Pete Signs Publishing Contract with Your Time Publishing, LLC
Author Morgan Pete will release in June 2016, "Nothing like a little bit of Confidence," her guide for building confidence in a one dimensional world.
Lafayette, LA, May 27, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Morgan Pete a motivational speaker from Breaux Bridge, Louisiana, and founder of Sky is NOT the Limit has signed a publishing contract with Your Time Publishing, LLC to produce her book, Nothing like a little bit of Confidence: Living past society’s definition of beauty, it was written to help young adults learn the importance of inner confidence and to help them truly understand that it does not matter how others portray us but for us to love ourselves for exactly who we are.
Sky is NOT the Limit is an organization for kids, pre-teens, teens, young adults and adults who have a dream and seek the motivation to get started. It is also for people who may need a boost of confidence or help building their self-esteem.
The goal of the organization is to make sure that members leave with a sturdy foundation that will help them grow mentally and learn that giving up will never be an option. Learning to build confidence is essential in the world we live in today. Morgan and her team have done many things for their community and are looking forward to new ways of engagement.
A graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a major in Biology and a minor in Chemistry, Morgan struggled with self-esteem concerns, which caused her to lose sight of her true value. In 2011, Morgan decided to start pursuing her modeling dream. After consciously working on her nemesis, low self esteem, she started doing photo shoots and before she knew it, she was in New York Fashion Week, Miami Swim Fashion Week, Los Angeles Raw Fashion Show, Macy’s Fashion Show, Dillard’s and more. She was also asked to compete in different pageants including Miss Louisiana. It is truly amazing what a little bit of confidence can do.
This is Ms. Pete’s first authorship. She saw a need in her community and her generation for what she has experienced and witnessed. With the right balance of personal experience and theory she has brought together a guide to confidence.
