Tracy Lineback Joins Sales Team at the Laguna Beach Office of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties

Laguna Beach, CA, May 27, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Southern California native Tracy Lineback has joined the Laguna Beach office of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties, announced branch manager Jim Vermilya.

As a residential sales specialist, Lineback brings to each transaction over 30 years of experience as a sales and merchandising manager in the fashion apparel industry. Described as personable, trustworthy and loyal, she has a wealth of expertise in the development and implementation of effective marketing and finance strategies which, combined with her comprehensive, up-to-date knowledge of local neighborhoods, schools and the current housing inventory, serves her clients well.

Lineback earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Loyola Marymount University with an emphasis on advertising and communications. Prior to pursuing her passion for real estate, she successfully handled key business accounts for several major clothing manufacturers, from sports and entertainment lines representing the NBA, NFL and NHL to Disney and Warner Brothers as well as in the action sport industry. Her background has provided her with an extensive repertoire of skills that have proven invaluable in meeting client goals.

In addition to her career, Lineback has always been committed to giving back to the community where she raised her family. An active PTA member, she also supports Laguna Beach Water Polo, the Girl Scouts, and FROCS (Friends for Cathryn Pediatric Cancer Awareness). Lineback enjoys living a healthy lifestyle that includes Pilates and a variety of outdoor activities from hiking and volleyball to gardening.
