Chef Nick Baca and co-founder of Nicksons Eatery will create different lobster preparations: grilled, boiled, slow simmered...like “Whole Split Roasted Lobster”, “Lobster Chowder in a Bread Bowl”, “Spicy Lobster Cobb Salad”, “Famous Lobster Roll” and more. It’s all good, very good. Everyone will be able to share in Baca’s love for Lobster this summer.

Nicksons co-founder, Rich Baca is in on LobsterFest too, featuring the signature “Vodka Lobster Martini”, shaken with vodka, reduced lobster broth and garnished with a beautiful lobster claw. “Nicksons Lobster Punch” is back by popular demand – a blend of fresh fruit juices, Svedka Vodka, and house infused pineapple. Enjoy a glass of “Protea Chenin Blanc” with your lobster – a delicious white wine from South Africa. Delicious local draft beers will be featured from Palatine’s “Emmett’s Brewing Company.” The Nicksons team recently ventured out to Palatine to brew a “Special LobsterFest Edition Kölsch” with Emmett’s Brewmaster Mike Engelke. A selection of craft beer and wine will be available to complement all of this fresh coastal cuisine.

This isn’t just about the food, Nicksons’ Lobster Fest is an experience. Come to the Lobster Fest on Friday or Saturday and the Nicksons boys are taking this fest street side! Lobster and live music all in one spot.
