Kochi, India, June 07, 2016 --(PR.com)-- ShipNext a bold new start-up by a young, Kochi-based entrepreneur, Clive Jose.
ShipNext’s mission is to change the way shipments are made. Making large shipments from one place to another like household items, appliances can be stressful. ShipNext is a one-point destination to meet all your shipment needs. ShipNext provides its customers access to their vast directory of thousands of transporters across the nation who can their needs - big or small. It lets the client choose the right deal for them based on bids posted by transporters in their area. All the client has to do is place a free ad on shipnext.in. Besides this, they also provide other features like tracking the progress of the shipment in real time, safe and easy deliveries and option for less payment on late deliveries.
This innovative new start-up is being funded by KSIDC (Kerala State Industrial Development Corporation). KSIDC is a government agent dedicated to finance, facilitate and promote medium and small-scale industries in Kerala. One of its main roles includes identifying sustainable projects, understanding its feasibility and providing the right guidance and financial assistance for its execution. This government body has so far helped launch more than 750 projects in over 50 years and significantly added to industrial growth in the state.
ShipNext is a company with heart. Clive Jose (CEO) of ShipNext, and Tharun Anto (COO), along with Amaara Foundation, a Kochi-based NGO did something close to a miracle during the unfortunate Chennai floods in December 2015. They collected relief materials from thousands of donors from across the city and sent across a forty feet container worth of aid to Chennai. They drove overnight to reach supplies like food clothing and drinking water to lakhs of people stranded in Chennai.
ShipNext has also been chosen to be part of RISE’s Alpha conference in Hong Kong, which began on May 31. Alpha by RISE is an event by Web Summit where start-ups from all around the world come together and share their stories and experiences.
