TFI Envision, Inc. Develops Event Marketing Strategy for Keystone House

Norwalk, CT, June 02, 2016 --(PR.com)-- A successful event marketing strategy leaves a lasting, brand-focused impression by grabbing the attention of a group of people who gathered together for a purpose. TFI Envision, Inc. developed a complete event marketing strategy and execution for the Norwalk, CT-based nonprofit, Keystone House, Inc.’s annual fundraiser. The theme for the May 6, 2016 event was “Keystone’s Derby Eve Party.”

The execution included distinctive graphic elements and a consistent color palette with messaging that engaged existing and new audiences, and call-to-action that spurred people to become sponsors, ticket buyers, attendees, participants in the Hat Contest, and donors. The application of consistent brand messaging across a range of marketing channels allowed participants to share their experience via Facebook and email. The campaign included Save the Date postcard, invitation, sponsor packettes, social media campaign via Facebook, E-blast campaign, pull-up banners, event signage, posters, and even fun photography props at the event that allowed guests to pose with a “horse” or a “winner’s circle rose horseshoe” while holding a “We Care About Keystone” sign (ensuring that even when these photos are shared with others, the Keystone name is clearly recognized). The event was a big success.
