MVB Entertainment LLC Relaunches Its Independent Record Label MVB Records

New York, NY, June 03, 2016 --(PR.com)-- MVB Records was started in 2006 in Orlando, Florida, but became a fully functional independent record label in 2008. Between 2008 and 2013, the label steadily gained notoriety within the oversaturated indie music scene of New York city. The label set a precedent in 2013 by becoming the first to offer its musicians health insurance via "Obamacare", and also became very popular because it invested heavily into its artist's development; music videos, photo shoots, wardrobe, studio time, and much more.

MVB Entertainment LLC. shut down operations of MVB Records in 2013, and began focusing on its new music distribution and talent management company, MVBEMG. Sources within the company have said that the new music division was costing the company too much money, and this is what led to the short two year lifespan of MVBEMG.

To celebrate the relaunch of MVB Entertainment's original music division (MVB Records), a compilation album that features several artists that were signed to MVB will be released in the third quarter of 2016. The label is also rebranding itself as a, "Digital Recorded-Music Label", so it can get back to the basic functions that helped it find success in its early years.
