Indianapolis Based Writer and Producer Partners with PR Firm

Indianapolis, IN, June 05, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Jamie Rhodes, an Indianapolis based writer has announced his signing for PR representation with local public relations firm DreamStyle Media.

Rhodes, a writer who is also well versed as a screenwriter, director, producer and playwright is currently turning his attention back to his first stageplay, 'TomCat' which was inspired by the short story 'Blood Burning Moon' by Jean Tommer set in the 1920's.

Although 'TomCa't is highly based on Tommer's story, Rhodes makes it a notion to update the story to 1951 while also urbanizing the production by using the driving pulse of R&B music of that era.

'TomCat' was a personal mission of Rhodes who started writing the play in 2011 and it would take nearly 2 years before the production would make its debut in a theatre setting.

After receiving rave reviews, Rhodes is very excited to bring the show back to a stage and now has plans to tour the show. The show's first tour date and city will be August 27th at the historic Morton Theatre in Anthens, Georgia.
