MIPR Holdings LLC Announces Formation of Cannabis Investment Division

Aurora, CO, June 06, 2016 --(PR.com)-- MIPR Holdings, LLC (“MIPR” or the “Company”) today announced a partnership with Davos Capital, Incorporated, an investment facilitation company providing consulting services for capital investors in commercial real estate and business ventures in emerging markets, to help launch the investment division to aid value-based investors through this rapidly expanding market.

MIRP unveiled this investment consulting division with the goal of providing small to mid-size companies with the best professional guidance while managing investor relations services, to help connect capital resources to businesses and strengthen their growth potential.

Walker is an honors graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, with a B.A. in Economics. He previously held the role of President & Chief Lending Officer for OneUnited Bank and Vice President of First Bank and Trust in Beverly Hills, CA. Walker served on various executive boards including, the board of directors of OneUnited Bank and also Family Savings Bank where he chaired the Internal Asset Review Committee as well as serving on the board of Urban Bankers Coalition, New York & Los Angeles. Walker has received special commendations from the United States Congress, the California State Senate and the County of Los Angeles for his service and leadership to the community.
