Mr. Klawitter will partner with JonPaul Jonkheer, Tyler Resch, and Greg Taunt to service and meet the alternative investment needs of sophisticated investors and wealth advisors. “It is difficult to find experts in the managed futures industry who can educate about the asset class and have specialized knowledge to identify the characteristics of a program to best fit a customer’s portfolio and risk tolerance,” said Greg Taunt co-founder of IASG Alternatives. “Stephen adds to our wealth of knowledge in the futures space built over the past 25 years. Prior to joining IASG Alternatives, Mr. Klawitter served as Vice-President in the Private Client Group at Altegris Investments and Senior Vice President at Triton Capital Advisors. Mr. Klawitter spent nearly 8 years at Altegris, first as a Managed Futures Analyst in the Research Dept. and then in the Private Client Group. Mr. Klawitter holds the designation of Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA®).
