Startup Farm is Present in the Campus São Paulo, Google Space for Entrepreneurs
Largest startup accelerator in Latin America will have a floor in the new Google building.
São Paulo, Brazil, June 08, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Startup Farm, the largest accelerator in Latin America, will have an entire floor in Campus São Paulo, Google space where entrepreneurs learn, connect and create startups which may change the world. This new office will host the accelerator's headquarters and startups that participate in its acceleration programs, apart from entrepreneurship events.
This is the sixth Campus opened by Google in the world. After London, Tel Aviv, Seoul, Madrid and Warsaw, came time for Brazil to receive the main giant technology initiative for entrepreneurship.
The partnership between Startup Farm and Google reinforces fostering technological entrepreneurship in Brazil and Latin America and creates a hub to connect Brazilian startup ecosystem with major companies, investors, supporters and the international market. Startups selected for Startup Farm's Acceleration Program will occupy this space for five weeks, when they may be meeting customers, firming partnerships and validating their business model. After that, some of these companies may remain within developing their projects until the beginning of the next program.
Startup Farm have already accelerated more than 200 startups, including some succeed in the Brazilian and international markets, such as Easy Taxi, WorldPackers, Social Miner, Nexer, NetShow.me and UpPoints. Value aggregated of the portfolio market is higher than R $ 3.3 billion and the amount raised in investment by businesses, more than $ 100 million.
Addition to the acceleration program, the Startup Farm held dozens of workshops and entrepreneurship events all around Brazil, for entrepreneurs at different stages, and advises large companies potentiating their innovations through the relationship with startups.
