June 7th Dem Primary Results Meaningless, Threshold Not Met, Says Tim Hunter; Debbie Wasserman Schultz & the DNC Face Federal Lawsuit from Private Citizen Tim Hunter
“The Democratic nomination process is not over,” says Tim Hunter. “This will go to the National Convention. The delegates will look at the alleged corruption, and make things right.”
Gardiner, NY, June 08, 2016 --(PR.com)-- June 6, 2016 - New York resident Tim Hunter filed a Federal lawsuit: Tim Hunter vs. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, DNC Chairperson and The Democratic National Committee a.k.a. The DNC.
The full complaint may be found at: http://www.timhuntermusic.com/tim-hunter-vs.-debbie---the-dnc-1.html
June 7, 2016 - Although Hillary Clinton won several state primaries, the pledged delegate total still does not meet the 2383 requirement for nomination, and she will not have enough pledged delegates to gain nomination on the first ballot at the National Convention.
The DNC bylaws state that “The National Convention shall be the highest authority of the Democratic Party.” Hunter states, “It will be up to the Convention and the Super Delegates to address the alleged bias executed by the DNC. Allegations in the lawsuit include: joint canvassing, polling, conducting of caucuses and conventions, ‘supervising’ election results, and perhaps most damaging, raising cash for the Clinton Campaign!”
Allegedly, the DNC and their Chair violated their own bylaws by being partial, and raising over $100 million dollars for the Clinton Campaign. Tim Hunter says, "We demand that an accounting be done, and the results be made public!"
The Democratic Party website says, “this country succeeds when everyone gets a fair shot, and everyone plays by the same rules.” “Either this statement stands true, or it does not!” says Tim Hunter of www.timhuntermusic.com.
