Insurance Producers Reveal Top MGAs
30 MGAs have been given five-star marks in the latest report by Insurance Business America.
Centennial, CO, June 11, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Insurance Business America asked thousands of producers what they look for in MGAs and how satisfied they were with the performance of their MGAs across key aspects such as premium pricing, underwriting turnaround and responsiveness, market access, and more.
Thirty MGAs achieved five-star status in one or more categories. Among these, seven stood out above the rest, achieving top scores across the board.
These were:
1. Appalachian Underwriters, Inc.
2. Arlington/Roe & Co.
3. Atlantic Specialty Lines
4. Johnson & Johnson, Inc.
5. Midwestern Insurance Alliance
6. Risk Placement Services
7. Worldwide Facilities, LLC
“We asked producers to rate their MGAs in seven key areas –and the results are encouraging. MGAs improved their ratings in every metric in the 12 months since IBA last addressed this topic,” said Ryan Smith, journalist at Insurance Business America.
“If there’s one thing the survey results suggest, it’s that there are enough MGAs – and, most important, quality MGAs – out there for producers to partner with to advance their business goals.”
