The project includes a development of seven buildings which includes a mixture of residential units to be sold. It is an entitled development site of approximately 1,42 acres. The site is currently planned for mixed-use development featuring 7 residential units. The residential unit mixture includes a total of four single family units at 2,800 square feet each and three single family units at 2,342 square feet each.
