Elliott Homes LLC Adds New Plan to the Adrienne Luxury Home Collection
Elliott Homes creates The Audrey, an affordable luxury home that can be built as a 4-5 bedroom home or convert to include a separate living space for a multi-generational household.
Gulfport, MS, June 17, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Elliott Homes has added a new floor plan, The Audrey, to their Adrienne Luxury Home Collection. At 2,589 square feet this home can be built with up to 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The home is available with 5 different exterior architectural design styles. To meet the needs of multi-generational families, this unique floor plan can be built with two separate living spaces.
In late 2015, Elliott Homes introduced the Adrienne Luxury Home Collection. These homes had been a dream of Adrienne’s for several years. After starting the company with Brandon in 2009 and building dozens of one-of-a-kind homes, she noticed that there were many commonalities in the homes. Her desire was to incorporate these high-end finishes into homes that were affordable to a wider net of home buyers.
As an Interior Designer, Adrienne is the hidden talent behind the staging in the Elliott Homes’ models. To create a series of homes that include the luxury features the builder is known for she worked alongside the team providing valuable input into the design aspects of the homes. “Building homes that are as special as our homeowners is very rewarding and quite addicting,” states Adrienne. “It has been exciting to introduce this line of affordable luxury homes to home buyers across the coast,” she explains.
Brandon Elliott, President, challenged his team to go one step further to create a plan that could be configured to accommodate multi-generational families by adding separate living quarters on the main floor. The newest plan, the Audrey, has an option to include an additional living space complete with separate kitchen, bedroom, bath and sitting room.
This gallery of homes features more than 50 designs that are tailored to meet each home buyer’s needs. “There’s something for everyone in this home line,” according to Wayne Zill, Operations Manager. “We can take any plan and customize it to meet your needs with hundreds of options that have been created to improve the quality of your lifestyle," he adds.
As with all homes in this affordable luxury home collection, high-end finishes are included in the homes. Granite countertops, custom cabinets, all GE Energy-Efficient stainless steel appliances including the fridge are just a few of the standard amenities. “One special feature I made sure is in each of our plans is a floor-to-ceiling tiled shower,” states Adrienne. “These showers, along with our standard jetted soaker tub give our homeowners a spa inspired bath right in their own home,” she adds.
Homes in the Adrienne Luxury Home Collection can be built in anywhere along the coast including Duckworth Road Estates and Audubon Lake in North Gulfport, Malpass West and Malpass East in Biloxi, The Oaks in Pass Christian or Palmetto Pointe in Ocean Springs.
