ESMOD DUBAI Built a Partnership with Vancouver Fashion Week and Promotes Emerging Talents
ESMOD DUBAI has established a long term partnership with Vancouver Fashion Week for its best graduates.
Dubai, United Arab Emirates, June 17, 2016 --(PR.com)-- ESMOD DUBAI established a long term partnership with Vancouver Fashion Week for its best graduates and introduced VIP, Mr Jamal Abdoulrahman, CEO-Producer of Vancouver Fashion Week during the graduation show on June 1st 2016 at Wafi Mall in front of 800 guests.
The aim of the collaboration is to satisfy the Fashion Week producer's vision to support Fashion Graduates and his mission to source young creative fashion minds to expose them to the International Fashion Industry.
Mrs Parisa Yaasseen & Marie Latuilerie, June 1st 2016 graduates, have been selected by Mr Jamal Abdourahman to showcase their collection free of charge in Vancouver for SS17. In fact, Mr Jamal had initially intended to select only one graduate, but finally said, "I couldn't resist choosing two students when I discovered their collections and their creative work. We'll support them in Vancouver FW SS17."
June 1st was the annual graduation of 22 students who had successfully completed their 3rd year by creating and producing their own collections; in various categories such as Ready-to-Wear, Luxury-Ready-to Wear, Creator and Costume design. The collections displayed avant-garde touches, expert craftsmanship, diverse colors and extravagant looks on the runway.
A Dubai Premiere: for the 1st time in ESMOD Dubai history, 3 designers produced menswear collections in Urban & Sport styles. Let’s hope that the buyers who attended the show were seduced by the innovative designs and will place orders. It must be mentioned that these collections required intensive research and advanced techniques and incorporated new technical fabrics coming from the Far East.
“We can be proud for what graduates have achieved this year. The audience including buyers and fashion professionals were extremely satisfied with our show,” said Tamara Hostal Ceo-Founder of ESMOD Dubai "They are promising talents if they continue to create and produce, they deserve recognition from media, buyers and Fashion Weeks," said a guest from the fashion industry.
