Sound Authors Radio Show Announces January 11th, 2008 Show Lineup
World Talk Radio broadcasted on the Modavox network features Sound Authors, a live interview talk radio show.
New York, NY, January 13, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Each Friday at 1PM Eastern Standard Time, Sound Authors radio show features live interviews and readings from all varieties of authors, known and not-yet-known; all soon-to-be bestselling authors from all walks of life, from Hollywood actors to marathoners, to PhD therapists or life coaches. On this talk radio show, it is the story that counts. Authors sound off on every possible topic, from cuisine to culture, and from nature to nurture.

The featured author guest this week is Eliza Steelwater, author of The Hangman’s Knot. Her book is about punishment, politics, and how they worked together over some 300 years to create a unique history of death penalty use. Her quest to make sense of the death penalty began after she received a four-year Alumni Federation fellowship to study at Louisiana State University. A doctoral degree and fifteen years of research, writing, and speaking followed, culminating in The Hangman’s Knot.
The musical guest for the show this week will be Steve Earle, singer and song writer well known for his rock and country music as well as for his many political views. He is also a published writer, a political activist and has written and directed a play. In his early career, he was seen as a savior of country music and labeled by some as the "new Bruce Springsteen".
