Janice Winters — President & Chief Operating Officer
Formerly Executive Vice President of Mosaic, Janice assumes general manager responsibility for all operations. She applies over two decades of senior supervisory experience derived principally from the construction sciences arena. Janice will oversee all functions and staff of Mosaic and any affiliates. Janice holds a Masters Degree and a Bachelor of Arts in Health Care Administration.
Andrew Murphy — Executive Vice President Sales and Marketing
Andrew is a disciplined, self-directed executive with a record of success in both real estate management and financial services. As a former Senior Vice President and Principal of a regional NASD securities firm, Andrew held Series 7, 24, 55, and 63 Securities licenses, and has in depth knowledge of fixed income products. Andrew is the key strategic thinker in sales tactics
and methods. He is responsible for the recruiting, selection, training, deployment, and support of all of Mosaic’s international sales teams as well as international market development and product distribution channels.
Ramon Vazquez Jr MD — Medical Director
Dr. Vazquez is a practicing General and Vascular Surgeon who is Board Certified by the American Board of Surgery. He received his undergraduate degree from Harvard University and in 1986 his medical degree from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine at Yeshiva University in Bronx, NY. He is affiliated with two Palm Beach, Florida area medical institutions. He is a member of the Credentialing Committee and serves as Chairman of the Surgical Patient
Improvement Committee and has been published in the Journal of Vascular Surgery.
“Dr. Vazquez adds significant analytical depth to the qualification of eligible policies for our portfolios” said Janice Winters, President. As an active, practicing physician, Dr. Vazquez brings more than 20 years of direct clinical experience to bear upon the collaboration or contradiction of 3rd party medical laboratories’ life expectancies.
