STARS UNLEASHED features the most talented comedians and musicians in multiple cities in the United States, STARS UNLEASHED is expected to bring the best of the best to this Live showcase. Participants will be selected to perform in front of a panel of celebrities and industry experts like Comedians Adele Givens and Rodney Perry as well as Platinum artist Adina Howard, but with a twist. From open mic nights, looking for the right opportunity to be seen, getting in the right network, and finally being discovered by Def Comedy Jam’s Russell Simmons himself, Sonya knows the ins and outs of the industry and can “walk the walk” with these up and coming artists. STARS UNLEASHED will launch its 12 city tour in Atlanta, GA on July 30, 2016 at the renowned Atrium Event Center near Stone Mountain in the suburbs of Atlanta. “Atlanta is brimming with talent! We feel that STARS UNLEASHED will give these artists the opportunity to showcase themselves and have a shot at an opportunity or a contract! This is our goal for every city we will be hosting!” says Ms. Pingol. Talented singers and comedians are given the opportunity to Unleash their talents by first registering and uploading their video on www.starsunleashed.com then paying the $30 administrative fee. Each video will be reviewed by a panel and the Top 60 participants will be selected to attend the Live TV Pilot taping of STARS UNLEASHED. On the day of the Showcase, each artist will perform in front of a Live audience and then be evaluated and ranked by a panel of Celebrity & Industry experts like Comedians Adele Givens and Rodney Perry as well as Platinum artist Adina Howard. “We want our talented performers to know whether they have what it takes to do this and the opinions of a celebrity panel and industry experts are 'real life,' objective and are based on what the talent scouts see in their performances,” concludes Ms. Pingol. The studio audience will also be able to participate in ranking the performances and weigh in. Lastly, the Top 10 for each city will be awarded monetary prizes at the end of each show.
