Assisted Living Facility Feasibility Study in South Carolina - Wert-Berater, Inc.

Columbia, SC, June 18, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Wert-Berater, Inc. was engaged to provide a feasibility study for a project comprising a 9-bed Assisted Living Facility whereas a single family house was being expanded from 1,517 SF to 3,417 SF located in Columbia, South Carolina. This project was owned and to be operated by Bella Vista Continued Care, LLC. The project indicated a total cost of $375,094, or about $41,667 per bed. Their analysis indicated growing unmet demand for small facilities for budget minded clients.
