A Car Wash Feasibility Study in Arizona - Wert-Berater, Inc.

Casa Grande, AZ, June 18, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Wert-Berater, Inc. was recently engaged to provide a Feasibility Study to be used for a direct loan application in accordance with the rules and standards of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). The project comprises a Clean Freak Express Car Wash new build facility proposed in Casa Grande, Arizona for USDA B&I Loan Guarantee. This $3.3 million project was one of nine already existing locations for the company's continued expansion. The firm is seeking a USDA loan. Due to client confidentiality the location, details of the project and the company name may not be released.

Wert-Berater, Inc.’s approach to completing a feasibility study is to develop with its multi-disciplinary team an evaluation of the physical aspects in regard to whether the project is legally permissible, to evaluate pertinent information regarding the economic aspects of the project, conduct extensive market research, assess technical and financial components, and review management related issues, as well.
