This resource center also provides the ATCs & PTs with access to unique evidence based lecture series bundled with downloadable functional evaluation tools and return to sport protocols. The coach and strength coach resource center provides evidence based performance programs designed to improve athletic performance and prevent athletic injury. Here, parents and athletes can also download quarterly articles related to injury prevention written by a sports Physical Therapist. The ACL Performance/Injury Prevention program included in this website is a research based comprehensive progressive exercise program for the female athlete. This program has been proven to address the weaknesses associated with female athletes which lead to poor performance and potential for injury.
