The renovations, which include an improved and expanded training facility, call center, and sales and accounting office, was necessary to accommodate the organization’s long-term growth strategy. Since its move from Greenville, Michigan to Grand Rapids in 2013, Service Professor has added heating, cooling, plumbing, and sewer services to core electrical business. The additional service lines and deeper market saturation have enabled sustained growth throughout the company.
