Boost Rewards Launches New Employee Engagement Solution at SHRM 2016
Boost Rewards unveils new recognition solution at SHRM 2016
Dayton, OH, June 28, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Boost Rewards introduced their brand new recognition solution called Ignite™ by Boost Rewards at this year's Society for Human Resources Management Annual Conference and Exhibit in Washington, DC. The event took place from Sunday, June 19-22 and is the largest HR event in the world with over 13,000 attendees. Ignite by Boost Rewards boasts a proprietary SaaS platform with quick set up times and an affordable pay-per-user pricing model with a unique perspective on engagement through a combination of social recognition, gamification, and on-demand challenges to drive performance.
"We are excited to launch our highly anticipated solution into the market," said Anita Emoff, CEO. "Our customers have shared their needs about how we can solve their business challenges and what tools we can provide to make a bigger engagement impact within their organization. We compiled that data and developed a social community based solution that will help businesses of any size drive their company objectives and goals."
At the SHRM conference, interested buyers were encouraged to learn more about Ignite by immersing themselves into the features of the platform by taking a guided hot air balloon ride via a virtual reality mobile app called Ignite by Boost Rewards. The app engaged users on a virtual hot air balloon ride through a tour of "cities" that describe the big benefits of the platform, such as the social community, in-depth reporting and crazy number of reward options. The app "Ignite by Boost Rewards" is free to download in the App Store or Google Play and requires a 3D viewer.
Boost Rewards plans new Ignite features, including proprietary patented solutions in the near future. All upgrades and enhancements on Ignite will be available to all subscribers as the software evolves.
Boost Technologies, LLC is the WBENC Women’s Business Enterprise parent company of Boost Rewards. They serve customers spanning the globe from their Dayton, Ohio headquarters.
