The United States Patent and Trademark Office issued utility patent number 9,377,457, “Progressive compression driven flow cartridge,” to ALFA on June 28, 2016.

Driven Flow™ Technology represents a breakthrough in point-of-care, rapid diagnostic testing, and can provide highly accurate results in less than one minute. Developed to improve rapid In-Vitro diagnostic (IVD) testing, Driven Flow™ Technology uses extra forces to drive immune-particle movement evenly and promptly to ensure test accuracy. · Ideal for human saliva testing as it diminishes the sticky feature of saliva specimens
