District Design and Development Founders Offer a Unique Gift to Clients

Gregory Keats and Cynthia Press Keats offer their clients at District Design and Development an artistic approach to home-building in the DC Market. In addition to artistically designed spaces and quality construction, clients are offered one of District Design and Development's founder's unique "Street Art" themed artworks.

Washington, DC, June 30, 2016 --(PR.com)-- District Design and Development Offers Unique Twist to Home buying and Homebuilding in DC.

“We love the artwork in this home!” said a recent buyer at 1636 Argonne Place NW in Lanier Heights, DC. What this homebuyer didn’t know is that the artwork was the handiwork of District Design and Development’s Co-founder and President, Greg Keats.

Founded in 2013 by Greg Keats and his wife, Cynthia Press Keats, District Design and Development has been renovating homes for clients in the DC market ever since, with an artistic approach to design, a detailed eye toward construction, plus a little something else - the buyer’s choice of one of Keats’ “Street-Art” photographs.

“Our buyers love knowing that, in addition to our years of combined experience in development, and construction, they are left with a showplace residence and a work of art created by the developer. It adds something special to the experience,” Keats said.

Greg Keats, who grew up assisting on the job sites of his father’s building and development company and later began his own new home construction company, has been in the development business for decades. His partner and wife, Cynthia Press Keats, has also been in real estate and development for two decades, both as Sales and Marketing Director for landmark properties throughout Florida and as Broker/Owner of Irongate Realty Associates in DC, MD and FL. The duo are known for creating unique and livable spaces in the DC market.

“When I was staging one of our properties, I used several of Greg’s works and people went crazy for them,” said Press-Keats. “Since then, I’ve been incorporating Greg’s works into my staging and offering them as a gift to our buyers.”
