Howard Perry and Walston Real Estate School Announces New Durham Location
Raleigh, NC, January 14, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Eb Moore, CEO of Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston (www.hpw.com), has announced that the Howard Perry and Walston Real Estate School (www.hpwreschool.com) will open a new Durham location at The Streets at Southpoint in mid-January 2008. The new school’s address will be 8128 Renaissance Parkway, Durham, NC 27713.
The Howard Perry and Walston Real Estate School offers Fundamentals and Brokers pre-licensing, designation, continuing education, and math and state board review courses to real estate professionals throughout North Carolina. Named the Outstanding Program of the Year by the N.C. Real Estate Educators Association previously for three different years, the school is led by director Tom Mangum and provides more classes in the Triangle than any other private real estate school. The school currently has two Raleigh locations, 3801 Wake Forest Drive and Athens High School at 1420 Athens Drive, and this new school will replace the existing Durham location at 3518 Westgate Drive, Suite 204.
