He is the Owner of B&L Oilfield Service Inc. which is an oil and gas service providing a variety of mining and drilling, casing, snubbing, testing and related services to the oil, gas and geothermal industries. He has been with his current company for the past 20 years. Mr. Steeg maintains all aspects of the business. He sends out personnel and equipment as needed and also ensures OSHA compliance. He is affiliated with the S.P.E.

Mr. Steeg was born on November 8, 1962 in Frederic, Wisconsin. In his spare time he enjoys family activities, outdoor activities and rock picking.
