The Tidy Maids Announces New Employee Recognition Program

We have good people who do good work and like working here.” In recognition of their outstanding performance, productivity and dedicated service, Tidy Maids will be naming an employee of the month, each month, beginning immediately by recognizing Beverly Jenkins.

Beverly began working at Tidy Maids two years ago as part time sales person. She quickly moved into full time taking on sales, customer service and now is Operations Manager of a business that is implemented by twenty-one awesome ladies. Beverly appears at 2:36 chasing Grandpa out of store after he blatantly steals some items. Ultimately, she was concerned for the well being of the child and her store and had no idea she was being secretly filmed. That fierce dedication shows in everything that she does. Beverly is most proud of her staff, “These ladies really care about their work. I feel like they are my children.”

Paul says Beverly is the face of the company and central to its operation. “She is so friendly, has all the t’s crossed and I’s dotted. She keeps all trains running on time and is excellent at what she does.” That is no small feat considering Tidy Maids cleans more than 600 homes each month.
