Three partners and an associate have joined Denver law firm Moye White from Engel & Reiman pc.
Denver, CO, July 13, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Moye White LLP announced today that four attorneys have joined the firm from Denver-based Engel & Reiman pc. Kelly Reiman, Eric Snyder and Kristen Sweat join Moye White as partners and Jordan Cohen joins the firm as an associate.

Kelly Reiman has been advising clients in the areas of tax and business planning for over 30 years. He counsels owners, entrepreneurs, private equity groups and investors with respect to their decisions involving a wide range of business, finance, tax, estate planning, and real estate matters and transactions, both domestically and internationally. Reiman represents clients in a broad range of industries, including real estate (investment and management), wholesale distribution, manufacturing, advertising, ecommerce, banking, casinos, healthcare, food service, natural resources, and financial services.
Eric V. Snyder is an experienced transactional attorney who specializes in real estate (including buying, selling, development, management, lending and leasing), business law and planning. Other areas of expertise include entity formation and mergers and acquisitions. Snyder’s prior professional endeavors have included environmental consulting, and employment with the U.S. National Park Service where he specialized in land use planning, development, air and water quality monitoring, and hazardous waste disposal.
Kristen L. Sweat’s practice focuses on innovative tax planning for corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies. She assists clients with formation, executive compensation plans, mergers and acquisitions and exit strategies. Sweat also provides clients with tax and estate planning services, including the preparation of wills and trusts, the creation of charitable organizations, and the structuring and implementation of business succession plans.
Jordan L. Cohen practices mainly in the areas of entity formation and tax planning for corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies. He also is developing an expertise in real estate matters, corporate law and the representation of closely-held businesses. Cohen received his B.A. in Government from the University of Texas (2010), J.D. from the University of Texas (2013), and Master of Laws in Taxation from DU (2014).
In addition to the four attorneys, paralegal Carol Barwick also joins Moye White as legal assistant to the team. Barwick has significant legal experience, including real estate and transactional, litigation and immigration. She received her B.S. in Political Science from Boston College, and her Masters in Legal Administration from DU.
