Self Storage in Valdosta, GA, Sold

Hilton Head Island, SC, July 13, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Georgia Self Storage, located in Valdosta, GA, was sold in June to a regional buyer and commanded a sales price of approximately $60 per RSF. The buyer formed an LLC for the purpose of acquiring the facility.
