Jon Handen Joins Atradius as Senior Manager for SPU
Baltimore, MD, July 16, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Atradius Credit Insurance Names Industry Leader Jonathan Handen as Senior Manager - Special Products Unit.
Atradius Credit Insurance is pleased to welcome Jonathan Handen as Senior Manager - Special Products Unit. Jon will be based in the Hunt Valley, Maryland office, outside Baltimore, and will initially be reporting to Peter Aitken, Vice President - Head of Special Products Americas, until his planned retirement at the end of 2016. At that point, Jon will assume the role of Vice President - Head of Special Products Americas, reporting to Olivier David, the London-based Director of Special Products worldwide.
Jon is a recognized leader in the trade credit insurance industry with more than 18 years of experience. He is returning to Atradius where he had held several roles from 1998–2005. Jon spent the past 11 years at Euler Hermes, most recently, holding the position of Group Head of Commercial Underwriting. During his career, Jon has held numerous positions, developing a wealth of knowledge in the analysis and structuring of complex transactions across mature and emerging markets.
Jon’s professional profile reflects a wide range of experience with policy underwriting, product and market development, customer service, and distribution channel management. He is an innovator whose skills will well-serve Atradius customers, broker-partners and colleagues.
