CoffeeBot Signs Deal with Amalgated Inc.

Davao City, Philippines, July 21, 2016 --(PR.com)-- CoffeeBot grows bigger with a new home.

Three months after moving into their new office, Digital CB Business Solutions, also known as CoffeeBot, finally sealed the deal with Amalgated Capital Inc. building where they are currently situated. The contract signing was held on March 15, 2016 and was attended by CoffeeBot’s Operations Director, Jessica Madrazo as proprietor along with Coffeebot Managing Director, Peter Perez as witness and Belen Bisnar who attended in behalf of Amalgated Inc.

While their previous office in Buhangin served them well, moving into the heart of the city on December 18, 2016 signified a big change for the company. They are currently located at Room 207, Amalgated Capital Inc, J.P. Laurel Avenue corner Iñigo Street, 8000 Philippines Davao City, Philippines.

The building is one of a few PEZA certified buildings in Davao City. PEZA certified buildings are mainly designed to be friendly to operations of start-up businesses, especially those in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry. PEZA buildings have high speed internet connections, as well as generators to ensure smooth flow of operations all year round.

After transferring to the new office and going on a holiday, CoffeeBot’s operations resumed on January 04, 2016. Fast forward to six months after moving into a bigger space, the company already currently houses more talented and skilled employees as well as readiness to handle more and bigger clients.

While their previous performance as a company was good, CoffeeBot aims to be better having transferred into a bigger place. They not only aim to expand in terms of number of employees, but also add their available list of services.

Madrazo stated that the company has achieved its short term goals thus far, and so they are hopeful for CoffeeBot to reach its long term target. “The long term goal of moving to a new location is really expansion. So far, we have achieved our short term goals of growing the team while maintaining quality, and we're continuously moving forward towards our targets,” she said.

CoffeeBot currently specializes in business development through Search Engine Optimizatoin, Data Entry, Lead Generation, Social Blend, Pay Per Click campaigns, Video Creation, and Business Administration and Organization.

Aside from their services, CoffeeBot is also aiming to strengthen their social media engagements as they recently branched out to Facebook Live with their weekly “CoffeeBreak with CoffeeBot” episodes. As of writing, they’ve already posted three Facebook live episodes on the company’s Facebook page and Youtube channel. The episodes are hosted by Madrazo with Content Development Team lead Julia Jasmine Sta. Romana, Every week, Madrazo and Sta. Romana talk about latest tech trends along with another employee from the CoffeeBot team. Aside from Facebook Live, they’ve also started using Instagram through the handle @davaovirtualassistants.

The company aims to grow at a steady pace, while also remaining true to their mission that “There’s always a better way to do business online.” The contract signing with Amalgated Inc. was simply the first step to CoffeeBot expansion, and with a growing team, they are preparing to further expand their reach and be ready for bigger customer demands.
