About Christy Renier
Ms. Renier is the Senior-Executive Consultant for Communications/Organizational Change Management at TargetCW which is a national public relations firm providing executive content development and communication consulting services. She specializes in communication consulting, working with C-level executives, interacting with employees, strategic planning and providing support. Ms. Renier is affiliated with Fox Valley Leaders, Women in Technology, the International Association of Business Communicators, the International Association of Business Leaders and Toastmasters International.

Previously, Ms. Renier worked at Kimberly-Clark in Neenah, Wisconsin. She began her career there in ITS Global Learning Solutions: Employee Training and Communications as the ERP Key User Education Program Manager and Train-the-Trainer Trainer from 1999 to 2005. She then worked as the Resource Manager and Portfolio Coordinator from 2005 to 2009. Ms. Renier moved to ITS Strategic Communications serving as the Chief of Staff-Team Effectiveness from 2009 to 2013. She was promoted to CIO Communications Business Partner and served in this position from 2013 to 2016.

Born on November 1, 1970 in Kenosha, Wisconsin, Ms. Renier obtained a B.A. in Communications and Business Management from Concordia University in 2005. She received a Certificate of Course completion from Dale Carnegie and is a Candidate for a Project Management Certificate from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside in 2016. In her spare time she enjoys family activities, running, painting and drawing.
